I founded Agile Fox, LLC to fix that. Not with a deck. Not at arm's length. But by getting inside the organization and building alongside the people doing the work.
The story behind the work.
Every system I build is rooted in the same belief my parents carried when they came to this country: what's in front of you is enough to build something real. You just have to be willing to start.
16 years. Every sector. One throughline.
My parents are immigrants. Like a lot of immigrant households, ours wasn't overflowing with extras, but what we had was enough. My brothers and I built castles out of shoe boxes and buildings out of soda bottles. No instructions, no kits. Just materials, imagination, and the belief that what's in front of you is enough to build something real.

That instinct carried through a career that has spanned CPG, enterprise technology, professional services, nonprofits, and small businesses. The industries were wildly different. The work was always the same.
Along the way, I learned that the most interesting problems sit at the intersection of technology adoption and human change. Getting the software live is the easy part. Getting people to actually work differently, that's the whole game. Mission-driven organizations deserve the same operational rigor as any enterprise, just built for their reality, not borrowed from a textbook.

Agile Fox, LLC is building toward a small, trusted team of operations specialists, people who share the same philosophy and bring deep expertise in specific areas. We're not a big firm, and we're not trying to be. We take on a small number of clients at a time, so every engagement gets real attention.
The fox in the name is intentional. Foxes are adaptive, resourceful, and strategic, they work with what's available and find a way through. That's exactly how we approach every client engagement.
